The 成人快手GEC has been established by the management of Universiti Malaya to serve as the primary point of contact for all discussions and collaborative efforts with partner universities, industries and Ministries in the People’s Republic of China.

成人快手GEC's responsibilities encompass the following:

• Establishing the 成人快手 International Campus in China
• Establishing the 成人快手 International Learning Centre in China (成人快手 within a university)
• Forming partnership to offer 成人快手’s academic programs and foster research collaborations in China
• Providing advice to 成人快手 Management regarding potential partnership and leading initial discussions with potential partners in China
• 马来亚大学预科介绍 (Introduction to Universiti Malaya Foundation Program)
• 无锡学习中心介绍（Introduction to Wuxi Learning Center)
• 广州学习中心介绍（Introduction to Guangzhou Learning Center)
• 西安学习中心介绍（Introduction to Xi'an Learning Center)
• 合肥学习中心介绍（Introduction to Hefei Learning Center)
• Introduction to Shandong China
